Viewing and managing your campaigns

All the Campaigns you create regardless of their type are stored and can be managed from the Campaign Manager.
Click on the Campaigns section within the navigation bar to access this page.


The Campaign manager consists of a list of all the campaigns that you have created on Nexweave ordered by their creation date. 


The following information with regard to each campaign is available on this page:




Basic Details

1. The Campaign Name: You can view the campaign name, as established when the campaign was created. You can click on the Name to view the campaign in greater detail.
2. Created At: The created at date gives the date at which the campaign process was started. The campaign can be launched at a different date and time than the created at the date.

Media

The Media column gives details about the type of media that has been employed in the campaign. This can be:

1. Image: If your campaign is running for a single Image template

2. Video: If your campaign is running for a single Video template

3. Image + Video: If your campaign is running for a combination of an Image and a Video template.


Method

The Method column tells us the method that has been employed to activate the campaign. This can be:

1. Quick: For Quick Campaigns

2. CSV: For Bulk link campaigns

3. URL Override: For URL Override Campaigns

The Media types and methods have been detailed in An overview of campaigns.

Status


The Status tells us the status of each campaign based on the progress through the campaign process. These can be:

1. Draft: Campaigns with the draft status have been started but for which the campaign details and selection of activation method are yet to be completed.

2. Ready: Campaigns that have all their details completed, but are yet to be launched are classified with this status.

3. Successful: Campaigns that have been completely configured and launched are classified as successful,

Actions


This last column of the campaign manager, allows you to take certain actions on the campaigns based on their statuses 

1. Actions available for Draft Campaigns


  • Edit: Clicking on this will allow you to continue to edit the campaign from where you left off.

  • Delete: This will delete the campaign from the manager. Please note, this action is not reversible.


2. Actions available for Ready Campaigns


  • Edit:  Clicking on this will allow you to continue to edit the campaign from where you left off.

  • Launch: This will Launch the campaign and generate the template links. The status of the campaign will change from Ready to Successful when it is launched.

  • Delete: This will delete the campaign from the manager. Please note, this action is not reversible.

3. Actions available for Successful campaigns



  • Analytics: This will show you the campaign analytics including play rate, impressions, total experiences, etc.

  • Download Links: 
    For a Bulk link campaign, this will download the CSV template containing your audience information along with unique Nexweave media links for each recipient.
    For a URL override campaign, this will download a CSV containing your fallback values for each variable used in the templates and Nexweave media links taking these fallback values into account.

  • Archive:  This will move the campaign from the manager and archive it. You can always go back and see archived campaigns by clicking on the Show Archived checkbox.


To launch a URL or Bulk Link, click on Create a New campaign. Details on running these campaigns have been covered in the linked articles.
