Quriobot Integration
Nexweave recently updated its UI and got a new look! You will notice differences (especially in the colours) between the graphics and screenshots you see in this article and the corresponding sections within the Nexweave platform. Don’t worry though, because the steps and processes this article details remain the same. Moreover, we’re going to updating this article to reflect our platform changes very soon. Stay tuned and keep reading!

Serve Nexweave images through conversational chatbots to provide your customers with a real-time, engaging, personalised chat experience!
Nexweave allows you to create and share personalised images and gifs through Quriobot

Here’s a sample of how you can immediately grab your customer’s attention with a personalised and unique greeting:

Please note : Quriobot has certain existing variables/ merge tags, available to incorporate into your chatbot. However, these variables store data for existing contacts within Quriobot. For any new visitors to your chatbot, you will need to include a step to request the visitors information and provide a response based on the acquired information

For our demonstration, we will be requesting a visitor to share their first name, and serving a personalised welcome image as a real-time response.

1. Start by creating your chatbot on Quriobot

2. Add a step to ask the visitor their first name. This could also be a question for their website, company name or whatever else you might require.

3. Next, create a variable that captures the visitor’s response. This variable can then be used in the subsequent steps of the chatbot

4. Enable Developer Mode and click on Bot Settings. Here, select Variable

5. Enter a variable name and link it to the chatbot step where you are collecting the corresponding information from the visitor.

In our demonstration, we have created the variable {{Firstname}} and linked it to the step First Name

6. Proceed to Nexweave, to create and launch a URL Override campaign. To learn how you can successfully run a URL campaign, please have a look at the linked article, or you can also refer to the video below:

7. While the above tutorial discusses how to create an Image + Video Campaign, for this demonstration, we have set our campaign type to Image. This is because chatbot platforms allow us to embed an image in the chat.

8. Once your campaign is launched, click on Get Embed Code

9. In the embed code modal, set the Integration platform from the dropdown to Quriobot

10. Then, map each of the listed Nexweave variables with the corresponding Quriobot variables by selecting them from the dropdown.

11. In our demonstration we have mapped the variables:
  • USERNAME : {{Firstname}}

To reiterate, we are not using any of Quriobot’s existing variables, but have requested information from a new visitor and saved it under the variable {{Firstname}} in Quriobot (as discussed in steps 1-5). Hence, in Nexweave we manually add this variable to map with, as demonstrated below:

12. Click on Generate embed code to get the embed code compatible with the Quriobot platform

13. Proceed back to your Quriobot chatbot, to insert this image as a response.

14. Within Edit your bot, add another step to your chatbot. In our demonstration, we have set the step type to multiple choice. You may select any message step type of your choice.

15. Under Bot Messages, set the Chat Message Text type to HTML

16. Copy the code generated in the Nexweave campaign, and paste it into the HTML text editor within Quriobot

17. Save your chatbot to confirm any changes.

Your chatbot is ready to preview! You can similarly request multiple points of information from your visitors and create and embed Nexweave templates to display real-time impressive responses to grab your audience’s attention!
