The SMTP feature in Nexweave is offered as a part of our complete whitelabel custom branding solution. It is intended for all internal Nexweave related communication within your teams and sub-accounts.
Once the SMTP is setup, the following types of communication and notifications will be routed through your own custom email:
1. Invitations and reminders to Teams and workspaces
2. Invitation to administer sub-account
3. Invitations to join sub-account teams
4. Notifications and alerts with regard to credit team limits etc
Please note: SMTP feature is only available with a subscription plan of Tier 3 and above
